Thank you so much for stopping by! My name is Josie Ipson, I am a color and extension specialist at a beautiful salon called O'Hair Salon located in southwest Kansas. I also specialize in Joico color and Defy Damage bond protecting system, I'm also a Market Partner with Monat Global.

First and foremost I am a wife to an amazing man who supports me in everything I do. I am a mama [bear] of three beautiful girls who are active in every opportunity they have. 

 

I have been in the hair industry for 17 years. I pride myself on developing and maintaining close relationships and trust with my strong and loyal following. My dynamic with each client is diverse, natural, and unique. This approach also applies to the styles and colors I have chosen for them. I have a down-to-earth and upbeat energy, keeping conversations interesting and fun. I thinks it's important for the salon to have a fun and relaxed feel so clients can get to know each other and feel at home.

The health of your hair is my top priority! I will do everything within my power to achieve the color of your dreams, without sacrificing the integrity of your hair. If your hair is too fragile to handle a lightening session, I will be 100% honest with you. I use a naturally based hair care line that is anti-aging.  I look forward to helping your achieve your dream hair.
